We do not sell, stock, or ship any physical goods or products.
1. No Shipping Required
All services available on the ZonicWorks platform are performed on-site at the customer’s location by verified service professionals. As such, there is no shipping or dispatch of products involved in any transaction on our platform.
2. Digital Confirmations
Once a service is booked and confirmed, customers receive a digital confirmation and booking summary through the ZonicWorks app, website, or email. This serves as acknowledgment of your service order in place of any shipping document.
3. Third-Party Products
In certain cases, professionals may use consumables, parts, or materials (for example, spare parts or cleaning solutions) to complete a service. These items are procured and used directly by the professional during service execution and are not shipped by ZonicWorks.
4. Service-Only Platform
ZonicWorks functions solely as a marketplace for professional services, not as a product retailer or logistics provider. Any mention of “delivery” or “arrival” within the platform context refers only to service personnel reaching your location, not to product shipment.
