In this Policy, the services offered to you by Service Professionals on or through the Platform are referred to as “Professional Services”.

Unless specifically defined in this Policy, capitalised terms shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read this Policy in consonance with the Terms.
By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by this Policy and consent to the processing activities described herein.

This Policy outlines our practices in relation to the collection, storage, usage, processing, and disclosure of personal data that you consent to share with us when you access, use, or otherwise interact with our website or mobile application (“Platform”) or avail products or services through the Platform (collectively, the “Services”). In this Policy, the services offered to you by Service Professionals on or through the Platform are referred to as “Professional Services”.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, usage, and disclosure of your personal data as described in this Policy.

We regularly review and update this Policy. Please review this Policy periodically to ensure that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Notify us if your personal data changes.

  5. Transaction Data: Details of Services or Professional Services availed, partial credit/debit card details provided by payment processors, and UPI IDs for processing payments.

  6. Usage Data: Information about Ahow you use the Services and Professional Services, activity on the Platform, booking history, taps/clicks, user interests, time spent on Platform, details about user journey, and page views.

(b) Aggregated Data:

We also collect, use, and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated data derived from personal data is not considered personal data unless combined with other information that identifies you.

You authorise ZonicWorks, Service Professionals, associates, and affiliates to contact you via email, phone, or otherwise for the above purposes.
Information pertaining to you, whether provided directly or indirectly, may be shared with Service Professionals, vendors, social media companies, third-party service providers, storage providers, data analytics providers, consultants, lawyers, auditors, and other ZonicWorks entities as necessary to provide Services.
Data may be shared without your consent when required by law or by court/government authorities.

5. COOKIES

(a) Cookies are small files transferred to your device that allow systems to recognise your browser and remember certain information.
(b) Cookies help us distinguish users, understand preferences, track advertisements, and compile aggregate data about site traffic and interaction. Third-party service providers assisting us are restricted to using the data only for our purposes.
(c) Third-party cookies may appear on certain Platform pages. ZonicWorks does not control these cookies.

  • Service Professionals for providing Professional Services;
  • Internal third parties (other ZonicWorks group companies);

7. YOUR RIGHTS

(a) Access and Updating Personal Data:

You warrant that all personal data provided is accurate. You can request a copy of your personal data by emailing info@zonicworks.com. ZonicWorks may take up to 7 working days to respond.

(b) Marketing Opt-Out:

You may opt-out of marketing communications via instructions in emails. It may take up to 10 business days. Account-related notifications will continue.

8. DELETION OF ACCOUNT AND PERSONAL DATA

You may delete your account and personal data by emailing info@zonicworks.com. ZonicWorks may take up to 7 working days. Transaction-related data will be retained as required by law.

9. TRANSFERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Data may be transferred to and stored in countries other than India. By submitting data, you consent to transfer, storage, and processing in accordance with this Policy.

10. DATA SECURITY

We implement security measures, including encryption, password protection, call masking, and physical safeguards. You are responsible for keeping passwords confidential. Notify ZonicWorks immediately if your password is compromised.

11. DATA RETENTION

Personal data will be retained as long as necessary for the Services and legal obligations. Aggregated anonymised data may be used indefinitely for research/statistical purposes.

12. BUSINESS TRANSITIONS

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets involving Collectcent Digital Media Private Ltd or any of its subsidiaries (including ZonicWorks), personal data may be among the transferred assets, subject to the same privacy protections outlined in this Policy.

13. USER GENERATED CONTENT

Content posted by you (comments, feedback, pictures) may be publicly visible. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws regarding such content.

14. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

ZonicWorks may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be shared via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such updates.
